Optima

Optima is the team AI for Novus Guard. It answers product questions from the knowledge base and returns a sourced reply.

Route planning

From a site floor plan, Novus Guard suggests a walkable patrol route between waypoints, following corridors and doorways.

Mobile Pro AI

NovusGuard AI is in Novus Guard Pro for a how-to on a patrol, check call, report, or book-on. Officers ask from the floating button.

Watchlist

The shift that went quiet should not be the one you find last. Pin the officer, site, client, or job that needs eyes, and keep that pin until the reason is gone.

Live tracking and ETA

Guessing when the officer will arrive should not be the control room’s job.

Officer Chat

Need to reach an officer without WhatsApp or a phone call? Message them inside Novus Guard — one to one, in a group, in a job or site room, or as a broadcast to the officers you choose.

Server upgrades

Novus Guard servers are upgraded so the web admin, the officer apps, and the control room stay on a current, supported platform.

New websites

The Novus Altair website has a clearer layout for services, newsletters, articles, and resources, and the same pages are easier to open on a phone.

Patrol

Build the route as a Patrol template, walk it on Novus Guard Pro, and record each waypoint as the officer reaches it — not later from memory.
