Advice only. It does not book a job, move a patrol, raise SOS, or speak to the client. Those actions stay on the normal controls. Answers are guidance in the app. They do not replace the normal job, patrol, or SOS records.

Not Officer Chat. Not Optima. Messages to the control room still go through Officer Chat. Optima is for the team on the desk. Mobile Pro AI is for the officer on the ground.
