Watchlist

The shift that went quiet should not be the one you find last. Pin the officer, site, client, or job that needs eyes, and keep that pin until the reason is gone.

Pin what needs eyes. From the Job Roster, or from Novus Guard Control, put an officer, a site, a client, or a job on the watchlist. Control placed it, so control takes it off. The rest of the roster stays in the background.

Let a miss add itself. Switch automation on, and a missed book-on, book-off, or check call can add that pin for you. One miss is enough, or you can wait until the same miss repeats. The list fills itself from the work already on the board.

Clear only what was fixed. Completing that book-on, book-off, or check call clears only that reason. A second reason stays on the same pin. A note written by control stays in the control room.

Tell the officer the plain line. The officer hears a short safe line, such as missed book-on, or placed on the watchlist by control. On Novus Guard Pro they can see they are on the list. They never see the controller’s private note.
