Need to reach an officer without WhatsApp or a phone call? Message them inside Novus Guard — one to one, in a group, in a job or site room, or as a broadcast to the officers you choose.

Reach them where they work: Control sends the message from Work Communications on the web panel. The officer reads and replies in Mobile Pro, in the same thread.

Deliver even when offline: If the phone is offline, the message waits and lands when the officer is back online — so a welfare check or job note still gets through.

Keep chat where the job is: This is the in-app channel. WhatsApp book-on and SOS stay separate. Officers can message each other when you leave that on. Optional operational lines, such as a watchlist note, can appear in the one-to-one thread; the private control note stays with control.

Message the officer inside the app — then keep book-on and SOS on their own controls.
