Patrol

Build the route as a Patrol template, walk it on Novus Guard Pro, and record each waypoint as the officer reaches it — not later from memory. Every site walked the same way, with proof the walk actually happened.
Build the template on the ground. An officer on Pro can set up the patrol for the site they already walk: stops, order, and schedule. On web admin, Patrol Manager holds the same templates — list, approve, reuse. Where you ask for it, a manager approves before use. Some sites approve automatically.
Walk every stop in order. On Pro the officer books the patrol on, follows the template stop by stop, and books off when the round is done. Stops that must run in sequence stay in sequence. Use a single walk, a recurring pattern, or a dated window — the walk on the phone is the same.
Prove each waypoint. Register the stop by NFC, QR, or beacon, with GPS on the check-in. A missed stop takes a comment and a photo. Progress lands in Patrol reports so the client can see when and where, not a paper tick.
