Route planning

Patrol just got a stronger route. Route planning enhances how you build the walk: from pins on a floor plan to a path the building actually allows — so every site is walked the same advanced way.
What this enhancement is. Route planning takes the site floor plan and the waypoints you already set, and suggests a path between them that follows corridors and doorways. It upgrades the patrol from a straight line on a drawing to a walk an officer can take.
What it is for. Its purpose is to raise patrol route capability. Waypoints stay in order. The path between them is one a person can follow. The round on the night matches the plan you saved.
Start from the floor plan. Pins alone are not enough. The plan shows rooms, corridors, and doors. That is where the enhanced route begins.
Keep the path walkable. Novus Guard stays in corridors and through doorways. It does not cut through walls or across rooms that are not part of the walk. Where the patrol leaves one building for another, the outdoor hop can follow the road.
Review before you save. A supervisor sees the suggested path, including the turns, then saves the patrol. The suggestion is a starting point. It does not publish itself.
Walk what you saved. The saved route is the one on the job. The officer follows that enhanced path stop by stop. The advanced patrol is the walk you planned — not a guess on the night.
