Optima

Optima is the team AI for Novus Guard. Controllers, supervisors, and office staff use it when they need a straight answer about the product, without leaving the work they are already doing.

For the team. Optima is internal. Visitors on this website do not chat with it, and it is not a public chatbot.

Product questions. Ask how Novus Guard works: patrols, jobs, the officer app, or the control panel. Ask where a setting lives, and what it is for. The reply uses the wording the team already relies on, so a note to a client or a new starter stays consistent.

Sourced reply. Optima answers from the product knowledge base and points back to that knowledge. The reader can open the source and check the line, instead of taking an unsourced guess.

A separate channel. Officer Chat is how the control room messages officers in the app. The assistant inside Mobile Pro is for the officer on site. Optima is the desk-side assistant for the people who run Novus Guard.

In practice. Someone writing a site instruction, answering a tender question, or training a new controller can ask Optima first, then confirm the sourced line before they send it on.
